1. Eligibility

• Be a business owner, authorized employee, or representative
• Provide accurate account information

You agree that you are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Description of Service

Velora provides tools including but not limited to:

2.1 Instagram Publisher

• Upload and publish images, reels, and carousels
• Schedule posts
• Access Instagram insights
• Generate AI captions

2.2 WhatsApp Campaign Engine

• AI-powered customer segmentation
• Personalized recommendation campaigns
• Template-based message delivery
• Performance analytics

2.3 WhatsApp Messenger (Bulk Messaging App)

• Upload CSV of customer phone numbers
• Send large-scale WhatsApp broadcasts
• Personalization using template variables
• Delivery and fail status tracking

2.4 AI Features

• Product recommendation engine
• Caption generation
• Automated customer segmentation

Velora may introduce or improve features from time to time.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using Velora, you agree to:

• Provide lawful and accurate customer data
• Use WhatsApp and Instagram in compliance with Meta's policies
• Ensure you have permission to contact your customers
• Follow spam and messaging regulations in your region
• Maintain confidentiality of your access credentials

You must not use Velora for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Sending harmful, misleading, or abusive content
• Spamming or unsolicited messaging
• Distributing harmful files or malware
• Violating Meta's platform policies

If violated, your access may be suspended or terminated.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Velora integrates with Meta platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook.

By using these integrations, you agree to:

• Meta's Terms of Service
• Meta's Messaging Policies
• WhatsApp Business Platform policies
• Instagram Platform rules

Velora is not responsible for any actions taken by Meta, including API limits, account restrictions, or business verification changes.

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Velora is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Instructions.

Key points:

• We store only the minimum required data.
• WhatsApp system-user tokens are encrypted.
• Instagram access tokens follow Meta security guidelines.
• Customer data is used only for campaign delivery and AI recommendations.
• We do not sell or trade any user or customer data.
• You may request deletion at any time.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining:

• Password confidentiality
• Secure access to your devices
• Protection of your API keys and tokens

If you suspect unauthorized use, notify us immediately.

7. Payment & Pricing

• Velora operates on subscription-based pricing.
• Pricing tiers vary based on features, usage, and volume.
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
• We will inform you before changes to pricing take effect.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Velora available 24/7, but we:

• Do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• May perform maintenance
• May experience outages due to third-party APIs

We are not responsible for delays or downtimes caused by:

• WhatsApp API
• Instagram API
• Facebook API
• Cloud providers

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Abuse messaging channels
• Use the platform illegally
• Attempt to bypass Meta or platform restrictions

You may stop using Velora at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Velora is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages.
• All services are provided "as-is" without warranties.
• You use the service at your own risk.
• Meta's platform decisions (API limits, business verification, template approvals, bans) are outside our control.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Velora means you accept the latest version.
