How to request deletion of your personal data from Velora

Overview
At Velora, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, we provide a straightforward process to help you.
Deletion Timeline: Your data will be completely deleted within 7–30 business days from the date we verify your request. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Data We Collect
Data Associated with Your Account:
- System user access token (encrypted) for WhatsApp integration
- WhatsApp Business Account ID and Phone Number ID
- Instagram profile information (account ID, profile name, profile picture URL, page access token)
- Uploaded customer phone numbers and related purchase/interaction data (if provided by your organization)

How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion, please send an email to our support team with the required information below. Deletion is handled manually to ensure security and verification.
Step 1: Prepare Your Request
Gather the following information:
- Your registered email address associated with your Velora account
- Your organization/company name
- Your full name and contact phone number
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (if applicable)
- Instagram Business Account ID (if applicable)
Step 2: Send Deletion Request Email
Send an email to contact@mdmtechnologies.in with the subject line:

Step 3: Verification & Confirmation
Our support team will verify your identity using the details provided. Once verified, your account and all associated data will be deleted. You will receive a confirmation email within 7–30 business days.

Important: Third-Party Integrations
Meta/Instagram/WhatsApp Notice: Deleting your data from Velora does NOT automatically remove Velora's access from your Meta/Instagram/WhatsApp Business integrations.
To completely sever the connection on Meta's side:
- Log in to your Meta Business Manager or Instagram Business account
- Go to Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find and select Velora
- Click Remove to revoke access
Our system will also revoke encrypted tokens as part of the deletion process, but we recommend completing the Meta-side removal for complete assurance.
Security Note
System user access tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest. As part of your data deletion request, all tokens will be revoked and securely destroyed.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does data deletion take?
Once your identity is verified, deletion is completed within 7–30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.
Will deletion affect my customers?
Deletion removes your account and stored data from Velora's systems. Any active integrations with Meta/Instagram will remain until you manually disconnect them.
Can I re-download my data before deletion?
Please contact our support team to arrange a data export before deletion. We can provide your data in a standard format (CSV/JSON).
What if I change my mind after requesting deletion?
Contact us immediately at contact@mdmtechnologies.in before the deletion is finalized. Once deletion is confirmed, data cannot be recovered.
